We break the Reformer down to its essentials: equipment, setup, spring logic, and movement patterns.

27 essential exercises
You’ll learn a carefully selected repertoire that forms the backbone of strong, effective group classes.

Regressions & progressions
Learn how to meet students where they are, and how to safely build them forward, using simple, teachable variations.

Clear cueing for groups
Develop language that’s precise, supportive, and easy to follow in a group environment.

Intro to props
On the final day, you’ll explore light prop use and how to integrate it without overcomplicating the class.
