What you'll learn
Breathwork teaches control of the state behind it, the nervous system that decides whether your body can actually access that control in the first place.
How to slow down: techniques that bring your heart rate down, quiet a busy mind, and pull yourself out of "always on" mode..
How to energize: breath patterns that wake the body up and sharpen focus.
How to release what's stuck: transformative breathwork as a way into tension, emotion, or holding patterns you don't always have words for.
How the session works
A shared intention, set together at the start, so the practice meets what you actually need that morning
Guided breathwork techniques, layered through the 90 minutes
Space to actually feel it. No rushing from one thing to the next
Every part of it is built around awareness, not performance.
Who this session is for
Pilates teachers and practitioners curious about what's happening beneath the movement
Anyone who breathes faster than they should (most of us)
People who want to feel the difference between slowing down, energizing, and releasing, not just hear about it
Crew members who've never tried breathwork and want to start somewhere real
No experience needed. Just show up and breathe.
Note: This session is not fit for: people with neurological issues, cardiovascular conditions, metabolic conditions, respiratory conditions, extreme anxiety or panic disorder, pregnancy (especially during the first trimester)
What you'll walk away with
A felt sense of how to slow your body down when it's running too fast
A felt sense of how to energize it when it's running too low
A way to release what you've been carrying, without forcing it out
A new layer of body awareness to bring back to your mat
